Located on the tranquil Gippsland Lakes, Koho Sauna offers an immersive, nature enriched, wellbeing experience.  Our space, situated in the heart of Lakes Entrance, is tailored to our focus of contrast therapy, allowing guests to alternate between hot and cold immersion and discover the many benefits this practice provides. Facilities include a modern, spacious wood-fired sauna, complete with cold shower and lake access for the more adventurous.
